Due to the fragile condition of our resin statues each order undergoes a thorough (and rather tedious) quality inspection before it is processed and shipped to you.

We have this process in place to ensure your figure arrives safely and just how it looks in the pictures. This process can take up to 5 business days, and we communicate each step of the way with you via email.

Premium limited edition resin statues and figures from reputable manufacturers have a strong track record of holding and increasing in value on the secondary market once retail stock sells through. That said, we always recommend buying pieces that you genuinely love rather than purely for investment purposes. The best collection is one built around passion first.

We provide free shipping for all orders within the United States.

Unopened Figures: If you receive your statue and change your mind, we accept returns on unopened figures within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The piece must be in it's original packaging and unopen. Once we receive and inspect the return your refund will be initiated immediately.

Damaged or Broken Figures: If your statue arrives damaged or broken we will make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange the return and issue a full refund once the piece is received back. We take packaging and shipping seriously, if something arrives broken that's on us and we handle these issues promptly.

How To Initiate A Return: Email us at support@undergroundvault.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

A preorder means you're securing your piece before it ships, typically several months in advance for premium resin statues.

This is actually more safe than regular in stock orders as you are able to secure your spot before the product is manufactured. Also, our preorder policy gives you ample time to cancel in case you change your mind.

This is standard practice in the collector hobby. Manufacturers like Pure Arts, McFarlane, etc. almost operate almost entirely on preorder models. Your payment is collected upfront and your piece is reserved.

At the Vault you have up until 7 days before the figure is estimated to arrive to cancel. Every step of the way between your order and fulfillment will be communicated with you via email.

Preorder purchases are fully refundable up until 7 days before the estimated arrival date. Once within that 7 day window, all sales are final and no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
